By installing or using SCORM Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SCORM Hub is a SaaS application that enables agency users to upload SCORM training content, enroll contacts as learners, track progress and completions, and sync results back to their CRM platform. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including SCORM Cloud (Rustici Software) and your connected CRM.
New accounts are provided a 7-day free trial with full access to all features at no charge. The trial is intended for evaluation purposes only. After the 7-day period, an upgrade to a paid plan is required to continue enrolling learners. Trial accounts retain access to all previously enrolled learner records regardless of subscription status.
After the free trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.
The Service requires and integrates with third-party services including your CRM platform and SCORM Cloud. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with these services and complying with their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.
You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain ownership of all SCORM content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host and deliver that content to your enrolled learners as part of the Service. The SCORM Hub application, branding, and code remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCORM Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted from our systems.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
